Why did the U.S. joined WW1?

There are many ideas out there about what started World War 1, however the main reasons were a Nationalism, Imperialism, Militarism and the formation of Alliances. These alliances were The Allies and the The Central Powers. The Allies consisted of France, Rusia, and Great Britain and eventually the U.S. The Triple Entante consisted of Germany, Austria Hungary, Italy and the Ottoman Empire. The reason for why WW1 started was that every country wanted something different. This war was known because it was the first major war in which many countries from different continents fought each other. Also the fighting style was different because they fought by using Trench Warfare. Trenches were holes in the floor in which soldiers would live in. Often times these holes were small, dirty and infested with rats and cockroaches.
These are how trenches look. This image shows the pros and cons of trenches.
Americans didn't want to join the war at the time because  they thought it was far and also because they didn't want support capitalism and imperialism acts. Though out the war England, France and Russia borrow money from The U.S. and to ensure that the U.S. would get his money they decided to join the war and help the allies win the war.
These are the countries that were part of the allies before the U.S.  joined the war.
To me the most interesting about WW1 was that countries used a different style of fighting which was Trench warfare. World War 1 was important because it was the first war in which many countries fought. Before doing this blog I did not know how the U.S. joined the war but now I know the reasons for why we joined the war.

In 2015 we still have wars however our wars are more effective because we have to kill less people and also we have less casualties. We have drones, missiles, and nuclear weapons. Lastly we don't need to physically put people in the middle of a war because we have computer controlled weapons.

The Allies won the war because the U.S. joined the Allies side and help them defeat Germany. Since the U.S. Was fresh and with lots of money to spend in the war it was easy for them to take Germany out.
